motivation
Candidates consciously choose Germany and invest their own time and money in learning German. This ensures greater reliability, lower dropout rates, and better planning security.
Positive attitude
Work is seen as an opportunity for personal development and social security. This is reflected in punctuality, reliability, and a high acceptance of responsibility. This attitude has a positive effect on operational processes, particularly in areas with shift work or clear hierarchies.
Value-oriented employees
In many West African cultures, respect for superiors, a sense of responsibility, and community spirit are highly valued. This is reflected in everyday working life through a high level of loyalty to the employer, rapid integration into existing teams, and respectful interaction with colleagues, customers, and superiors.
Work and training characteristics
Resilience, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work in a team make West African candidates valuable assets in everyday business life.
The placement process
Make a non-binding inquiry
You tell us what training or position needs to be filled. We analyze your needs and start searching for candidates in a targeted manner.
Receive application documents
You will receive complete application documents in German (original certificates) to enable you to make an informed decision. Our candidates have German language skills at least at level B1 or higher.
Job interview in an online meeting
Candidates will be introduced to you step by step. Your company will make the final selection based on motivation, personality, and language skills.
Commitment & conclusion of contract
Once you have accepted the offer, the training or employment contract will be signed. The trainee must receive a gross monthly salary of at least approximately €1,048. They will then arrive and move into the accommodation you have provided, e.g., an apartment or shared apartment, for which the trainee usually pays the rent themselves.
Visa application & travel preparation
We actively support candidates with their visa applications. Travel expenses are usually borne by the candidate, but can be covered upon request.
Arrival in Germany
Optionally, we can arrange pick-up, accompany them to the most important authorities, provide support in everyday life, and personally introduce the new employee or trainee to your company.
Starting at the company
Your new employee or trainee will start well prepared and motivated. The foundation for a long-term and successful collaboration has been laid.
