Yekini Belo „Always Next“ - Apprentice & Recruitment,
in connection with the placement of trainees and workers, especially from third countries.

By using this website, registering as a candidate or company and contacting us, you agree to the following regulations.

2nd role of „Always on“

„Immer Weiter“ acts as an intermediary between candidates (applicants) and companies (employers/training companies).

We are not a public authority, a government agency, a diplomatic mission or a visa office.
We do not make any official decisions and have no influence on decisions made by immigration authorities, embassies, consulates or other public bodies.

3. no guarantee for mediation or success

Registration on the website and participation in the placement process are non-binding.

There is no entitlement to:

 

    • Placement in an apprenticeship or job

    • Conclusion of a training contract or employment contract

    • Issuing a visa or residence permit

    • Recognition of school, professional or language qualifications

A successful placement depends on numerous factors, in particular

 

    • the qualification and suitability of the candidate

    • the requirements of the companies

    • legal and regulatory requirements

    • time and organizational framework conditions

4. responsibility of the candidates

Candidates are responsible for:

 

    • the accuracy and completeness of their information

    • the timely procurement of required documents (e.g. certificates, language certificates, passport)

    • compliance with the legal requirements of their country of origin and residence

5 Corporate responsibility

Companies are themselves responsible for:

 

    • the selection of candidates

    • the examination of legal requirements (e.g. employment permit, training requirements)

    • compliance with labor, residence and training regulations

„Immer Weiter“ accepts no liability for decisions or measures taken by the companies.

6. no legal, tax or migration advice

The information provided is for general guidance only.

They do not constitute legal advice, tax advice or binding migration or visa advice.

7. limitation of liability

A liability of „Immer Weiter“ is - as far as legally permissible - excluded for:
