1. Scope
These placement conditions govern the cooperation between
„Immer Weiter“ - Trainee & Recruitment Agency, owner: Yekini Belo,
and the companies that make use of the placement services.
Registration is free of charge and non-binding for candidates (applicants).
For companies, these conditions apply as soon as a cooperation is agreed.
2. Service description
„Immer Weiter“ supports companies in the placement of trainees and workers, especially from third countries.
The service includes in particular
- Preselection and profile review of suitable candidates
- Coordination of discussions between candidates and companies
- Supporting the mediation process until a decision is reached
„Immer Weiter“ does not owe a concrete placement success, but a service-related activity.
3rd role of „Always on“
„Immer Weiter“ acts exclusively as an intermediary.
We are:
- no authority
- non-governmental organization
- no foreign representation
- no visa office
Decisions made by companies, immigration authorities, embassies or other bodies are beyond our control.
4. Establishment of cooperation
Cooperation is achieved through:
- individual agreement (e.g., by email or contract)
- or written confirmation of an offer
There is no entitlement to the conclusion of a cooperation agreement.
5. Obligations of companies
Companies undertake in particular:
- to ensure that the information on vacancies is accurate and complete
- Treat candidates fairly and without discrimination
- check the legal requirements for training or employment
- Making decisions independently
„Immer Weiter“ accepts no liability for decisions made by companies.
6. Obligations of candidates
Candidates are responsible for:
- accurate and complete information
- timely provision of necessary documents
- Compliance with legal requirements of your country of origin and residence
„Immer Weiter“ accepts no liability for incorrect or incomplete information provided by candidates.
7. Remuneration
The type and amount of remuneration are agreed individually and are not part of these terms and conditions of agency, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Liability
A liability of „Immer Weiter“ is - as far as legally permissible - excluded for:
- failure to conclude a contract
- Decisions made by companies or authorities
- Delays in the placement or recognition process
- lost profits or consequential damages
Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
9. Confidentiality and data protection
All information exchanged in the course of the collaboration must be treated confidentially.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.
10. Changes to the terms and conditions of placement
„Immer Weiter“ reserves the right to adapt these agency terms and conditions.
The current version shall apply.
11. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of mediation be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
