1. Scope<\/h4>\nThese placement conditions govern the cooperation between\n\u201eImmer Weiter\u201c - Trainee & Recruitment Agency, owner: Yekini Belo,\nand the companies that make use of the placement services.\n\nRegistration is free of charge and non-binding for candidates (applicants).\nFor companies, these conditions apply as soon as a cooperation is agreed.\n

2. Service description<\/h4>\n\u201eImmer Weiter\u201c supports companies in the placement of trainees and workers, especially from third countries.\n\nThe service includes in particular\n
    \n \t
  • Preselection and profile review of suitable candidates<\/li>\n \t
  • Coordination of discussions between candidates and companies<\/li>\n \t
  • Supporting the mediation process until a decision is reached<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\u201eImmer Weiter\u201c does not owe a concrete placement success, but a service-related activity.\n

    3rd role of \u201eAlways on\u201c<\/h4>\n\u201eImmer Weiter\u201c acts exclusively as an intermediary.\n\nWe are:\n
      \n \t
    • no authority<\/li>\n \t
    • non-governmental organization<\/li>\n \t
    • no foreign representation<\/li>\n \t
    • no visa office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nDecisions made by companies, immigration authorities, embassies or other bodies are beyond our control.\n

      4. Establishment of cooperation<\/h4>\nCooperation is achieved through:\n
        \n \t
      • individual agreement (e.g., by email or contract)<\/li>\n \t
      • or written confirmation of an offer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThere is no entitlement to the conclusion of a cooperation agreement.\n

        5. Obligations of companies<\/h4>\nCompanies undertake in particular:\n
          \n \t
        • to ensure that the information on vacancies is accurate and complete<\/li>\n \t
        • Treat candidates fairly and without discrimination<\/li>\n \t
        • check the legal requirements for training or employment<\/li>\n \t
        • Making decisions independently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\u201eImmer Weiter\u201c accepts no liability for decisions made by companies.\n

          6. Obligations of candidates<\/h4>\nCandidates are responsible for:\n
            \n \t
          • accurate and complete information<\/li>\n \t
          • timely provision of necessary documents<\/li>\n \t
          • Compliance with legal requirements of your country of origin and residence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\u201eImmer Weiter\u201c accepts no liability for incorrect or incomplete information provided by candidates.\n

            7. Remuneration<\/h4>\nThe type and amount of remuneration are agreed individually and are not part of these terms and conditions of agency, unless otherwise agreed in writing.\n

            8. Liability<\/h4>\nA liability of \u201eImmer Weiter\u201c is - as far as legally permissible - excluded for:\n
              \n \t
            • failure to conclude a contract<\/li>\n \t
            • Decisions made by companies or authorities<\/li>\n \t
            • Delays in the placement or recognition process<\/li>\n \t
            • lost profits or consequential damages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nLiability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.\n

              9. Confidentiality and data protection<\/h4>\nAll information exchanged in the course of the collaboration must be treated confidentially.\nPersonal data is processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.\n

              10. Changes to the terms and conditions of placement<\/h4>\n\u201eImmer Weiter\u201c reserves the right to adapt these agency terms and conditions.\nThe current version shall apply.\n

              11.
